DNP, RN, FNP-BC
Tania is an experienced medical professional, who spent six years working in intensive care before earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2025. Transitioning to aesthetic medicine she now helps people look and feel their best every day, delivering safe, natural, and personalized results.
Tania enjoys traveling and spending time on the water with her husband and their fur baby, Murphy.

Shyla Young, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients look and feel their absolute best. With over a decade of medical experience, including a background in ICU and plastic surgery, she combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye for natural, balanced results.
Shyla specializes in injectables and wellness treatments, taking a personalized and educational approach with every patient. She believes aesthetics should enhance not change your natural features and works closely with each client to create results that feel refreshed, confident, and authentically you.
Her goal is simple: to make every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey.

A USC graduate and licensed esthetician, Rachell is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others feel their best through personalized skincare!
Originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Rachell now call the Carolinas home.
She's also a dedicated dog mom to Maverick!

Clinical Aesthetician
Brianna is a Licensed Aesthetician with over two years of experience helping clients feel confident in their skin through personalized treatments, thoughtful skincare recommendations, and genuine client care.
She has a passion for creating customized treatment plans that address each client’s unique skin concerns while educating them on the best ways to care for their skin at home.
A graduate of Aveda Arts & Sciences Institute, she is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and care for a diverse range of clients.

Front Desk Manager & Social Media Manager
With over 14 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry, Liz brings a unique blend of organization, creativity, and passion to Legacy Health & Wellness MedSpa.
As our Front Desk & Social Media Manager, she helps keep the team running smoothly while creating the content and experiences that connect Legacy with our clients. With a background in graphic design and a love for all things aesthetics, Liz is passionate about making every client feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the Legacy family.

Operations Director
As Operations Director at Legacy Health & Wellness MedSpa, Morgan is passionate about creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and right at home. She loves bringing people together, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure every client feels like part of the Legacy family. Outside of Legacy, Morgan is a proud cat mom to her best friend, Sammy—who just happens to be the best cat ever!
Meg Jenkins Locke
Chief Engagement Officer
Meg Jenkins Locke founded the North Carolina-based hospitality group, Carolina Moon Hospitality in 2005. Beginning her career over 30 years ago, Meg’s lifelong love of family, food, and relationships culminated with the opening of Hickory’s premier farm-to-table restaurant, Highland Avenue, and premier events venue, The Crossing in the spring of 2013.

Born and raised in South Carolina, Meg learned about the culinary arts and gracious entertaining at her mother’s dining room table. From a young age, she organized tea parties with mud pies, and the day after her 16th birthday Meg began working for Shoney’s in Rock Hill, SC, where she fell in love with food and people.

Meg opened Groucho's Deli of Rock Hill, SC in 2008 where she grew up and graduated from Northwestern High School, where her father, Coach Bob Jenkins, became a legendary track and cross-country coach. Groucho's was always about community first and supported local non-profits, such as Hospice & Community Care. This organization traces its' roots back and was founded by Margaret Jenkins, Meg's mother.

In 2017, Meg became the CEO of Legacy Health & Wellness MedSpa, another family partnership located in Fort Mill, SC. The Locke Family sold Highland Avenue and The Crossing in 2019 while still maintaining a minority partnership. Groucho’s Deli of Rock Hill was sold in 2018 and Groucho’s Deli of Hickory closed in 2021.
In 2022 Meg moved back to Rock Hill and serves on the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce, is an active member of the YMCA, and continues to believe in local business and the success of our community.
Meg’s family brings her the greatest joy. Shared experiences, writing, acting, traveling, hiking, and reading are how Meg maintains balance in her family/work life.

Morgan oversees the care of all our clients, striving to make every person feel welcome at Legacy. They graduated from cosmetology school in 2019 and has chosen to pursue the administrative side of the industry. They bring over five years of administrative experience to their position at Legacy Health and Wellness.
