We are a physician-owned medical spa providing an impressive array of aesthetic services. Offering skin rejuvenation and laser resurfacing, natural hormone replacement, laser hair removal, cosmetic injections like BOTOX®, dermal fillers, and many other aesthetic treatments.
Legacy Health & Wellness requires its licensed medical staff and industry-certified technicians to complete intensive training. Not only is our staff the friendliest you will find, but they are also highly trained and qualified. Everything we do is centered around you. Courtney has over 10 years of experience in the medical field. She worked as an RN for 5 years and has been a Nurse Practitioner for 6 years! Courtney is passionate about helping people see their natural beauty and instilling confidence! She is a local to YOCO! When she is not working she is spending time with her two wild boys who are all gas- no brakes. Courtney is excited to help you look and feel your best!

Introducing Mindy, a passionate nurse with three years of experience in women's health. Native to North Carolina, Mindy's enthusiasm for aesthetics complements her dedication to patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys playing with her baby, Millie, creating precious moments with her little one. Mindy's expertise, combined with her nurturing nature,
makes her a valuable asset in providing exceptional healthcare experiences.

Taylor
Lead Clinical Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician,
and Certified Acne Specialist
Born and raised in South Carolina, Taylor is a true Carolina Girl! She and her husband of 14 years have two wonderful sons that keep them busy. After moving throughout the Carolinas and Texas over the past 18 years, Taylor and her husband settled in Fort Mill for the 3rd time (everyone says 3rd times a charm)!
Taylor became interested in the skincare industry her senior year of high school and became a licensed esthetician in 2005. Throughout her expansive career, she has worked in Med Spas, as well as Dermatologist and Plastic Surgeon's offices where she provided a wealth of knowledge of the application of skincare products and invasive cosmetic procedures. She has a passion for educating her clients and patients on skincare and procedures, so they always look and feel their best!
Katie
Katie was born in Maryland, but raised in Hilton Head SC. Graduated from Southeastern Esthetics Institute in Columbia SC in 2018.
She loves to educate and help clients achieve more confidence in their skin through making customizable treatment plans.

Meg Jenkins Locke
Chief Engagement Officer
Meg Jenkins Locke founded the North Carolina-based hospitality group, Carolina Moon Hospitality in 2005. Beginning her career over 30 years ago, Meg’s lifelong love of family, food, and relationships culminated with the opening of Hickory’s premier farm-to-table restaurant, Highland Avenue, and premier events venue, The Crossing in the spring of 2013.
Born and raised in South Carolina, Meg learned about the culinary arts and gracious entertaining at her mother’s dining room table. From a young age, she organized tea parties with mud pies, and the day after her 16th birthday Meg began working for Shoney’s in Rock Hill, SC, where she fell in love with food and people.
Meg opened Groucho's Deli of Rock Hill, SC in 2008 where she grew up and graduated from Northwestern High School, where her father, Coach Bob Jenkins, became a legendary track and cross-country coach. Groucho's was always about community first and supported local non-profits, such as Hospice & Community Care. This organization traces its' roots back and was founded by Margaret Jenkins, Meg's mother.
In 2017, Meg became the CEO of Legacy Health & Wellness MedSpa, another family partnership located in Fort Mill, SC. The Locke Family sold Highland Avenue and The Crossing in 2019 while still maintaining a minority partnership. Groucho’s Deli of Rock Hill was sold in 2018 and Groucho’s Deli of Hickory closed in 2021.
In 2022 Meg moved back to Rock Hill and serves on the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce, is an active member of the YMCA, and continues to believe in local business and the success of our community.
Meg’s family brings her the greatest joy. Shared experiences, writing, acting, traveling, hiking, and reading are how Meg maintains balance in her family/work life.

Front Desk Coordinator
Liz is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience as a front desk receptionist in the medical spa industry. Alongside her career, she channels her creativity into freelance graphic design, leveraging her degree in the field. Outside of work, Liz enjoys relaxing at the beach, savoring sweet treats, and cherishing moments with her family,
including her husband of almost 20 years, her adult stepson, and her teenage daughter.

Front Desk Administrator
Haley has been in the medical spa industry for two years as a front desk receptionist.
She has recently graduated nursing school and is now a registered nurse who also works on the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. She absolutely adores her two West Highland Terriers, Bentley and Coastie! Her favorite place to go is Edisto Island, which she spent most of her years growing up and now shares that special place with her husband and dogs.
